In the morning the very first thing I do when I wake is drink water. Some times I add some lemon and other times apple cider vinegar. I hydrate and clear ;) Next I have tea Yerba Mate is my favorite.
Why You Need to Drink Water
My Mom and I put Chia seed in our water everyday. We use a green glass bottle. Put 1/2 TBLS in one liter bottle and drink two a day. But do drink at least one a day.
